Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and Hungarian public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. (CET) will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected:

Hungary Shipping: 2 – 5 business days

EU countries: 5 – 12 business days

international locations: 10 – 20 business days
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing. Allow up to 20 business days for shipping.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 3 hours for tracking updates.
Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship within Hungary and to selected EU countries.
If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@[yourstore].com to confirm if we can deliver to your area.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
fitfusion is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. Any charges imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
fitfusion is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at <info@fitfusion.online within 7 days of receiving your package with photos and order details.
Returns & Exchanges:
At fitfussion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are only accepted for faulty items; unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns for incorrect sizing or change of mind.
- Items must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging intact.
- Clothing must be unused, unworn, and unwashed to qualify for a return.
For hygiene reasons, items such as gloves, resistance bands, yoga mats, or wearable gear cannot be returned once opened.
Return Timeframes:
- Faulty Products: You have up to 21 days from the date of delivery to return items that are defective or damaged.
Refunds & Shipping Costs:
- fitfusion will provide a free shipping label for all eligible returns.
- If a return is initiated within the 21-day window for faulty products or sizing issue, we will issue a full refund that doesn't include shipping costs.
Return Process & Deadline Compliance:
- Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping timeline and due date for the package to be shipped back.
- If the return package is not shipped by the deadline, fitfusion is not obligated nor obliged to extend the timeline, and the refund or reorder will not proceed.
Final Notes:
- Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.

Changes & Cancellations:
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 6 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, we cannot make changes.
